Returns & Refund Policy
We do not provide cash refunds or accept standard returns. However, we do support our customers with product replacements, depending on the situation.
Replacement Policy
If there is an issue caused from our end, we will gladly provide a free replacement.
When You Are Eligible for Replacement
You can request a replacement in the following cases:
- Incorrect design received
- Wrong phone model delivered
- Manufacturing defect in the product
- Improper fitting of the case
- Item received in damaged condition
Conditions for Replacement
To process your request, please ensure:
- You contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
- A complete unboxing video is provided as proof
- Requests without a clear unboxing video will not be approved
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective/wrong product before sending a replacement
Once your request is verified and approved, we will dispatch the replacement at no extra cost.
Cases Not Covered
We will not be able to accept replacement or store credit requests in the following situations:
- You didn’t like the design after delivery
- You selected the wrong phone model while ordering
- Product has been used, mishandled, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
