You can request a replacement if:

- The product has a manufacturing defect
- There is a fitting issue

- You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory
- Requests without an unboxing video will NOT be accepted
- We may ask you to return the defective/wrong item before replacement
- Once approved, your replacement will be shipped FREE of cost
